My Instructional Challenge: I teach a hybrid course where the in-class sessions are normally separated by approximately one or two on-line weeks. Conversations that occur during an in-class session often act as a catalyst for on-going activities and discussions that can easily lose momentum if not fostered in the appropriate manner. How can I provide for a seamless transition between the in-class and online sessions?
