Bio: I teach nonscience majors and biology majors. Dr. Patricia A. Halpin earned her BS in Biology from Old Dominion University and MS and PhD in Physiology from the University of Connecticut. She completed her Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Dartmouth Medical School. As an Assistant Professor of Biology at UNH in Manchester she teaches courses in Biology, Cell Biology, Animal Physiology to biology majors. An early adopter of online learning she teaches hybrid-accelerated and online courses; Diseases of the 21st Century, Biotechnology & Society to nonmajors. She also performs STEM outreach with elementary school students sponsored by the American Physiological Society and gives talks on Healthy Eating and Active living throughout NH.
