Granite State College

I am a senior lecturer and have been with Granite State College since 1999. An art educator for over thirty-five years my experience includes teaching K-12, undergraduate and graduate classes in private and public schools. I am a part-time professor at The New Hampshire Institute of Art and a College Board endorsed consultant, providing Advanced Placement workshops for educators around the country. I received the College for Lifelong Learning Outstanding Faculty of the Year award in 2004 and the GSC Distinguished Faculty award in 2007. I have received three GSC Faculty Development Grants. I have been awarded three Fulbright fellowships and a Freeman Foundations Grant travelling to Japan, Turkey, Cypress, Morocco and China.  My paintings are exhibited widely in New England. In September 2016, I was selected to be an artist in residence at Arte Studio Ginestrelle in Umbria Italy.  The work was exhibited in Assisi and Florence, Italy in 2016-2017.
