I have been involved in organizational development in non-profits and educational institutions here and abroad for over 30 years.     Jenny Darrow is Director of Digital Learning and has been collaborating with faculty on web-enabled projects for over 15 years. Jenny works with faculty to design strategies that are centered on sound pedagogy and she is a passionate advocate of using digital tools to help students learn. Her current interests are Open Education and how the resulting ethos of DIY (do-it-yourself) supports student empowerment.     Robin DeRosa is the Director of the Open Learning & Teaching Collaborative and a Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at PSU. In addition to serving as an Open Education Ambassador for the AT Open Education Initiative, Robin regularly visits other colleges and universities to work with faculty on Connected Learning and Open Pedagogy, and advocate nationally for using Open Ed to develop a vision for public higher education in the U.S.  Her advocacy for Open Education and Connected Learning are a driving force at PSU and the academic community at large.
