Befunky image  BeFunky is a Photo Editor that lets you apply photo effects, edit photos, and create photo collages. 

PicMonkey is another alternative with a free trial but you have to purchase a subscription to continue use. It offers photo editing, design, graphics, templates, touch ups, and cloud storage.
