My Instructional Challenge: How can I provide my exercise & health psychology students with more ways to apply the theories that they are learning in the course to real-life examples/scenarios that challenge them to promote positive health behavior in different populations? How can I ensure that my nutrition students get more instructional tutorials for healthy cooking, shopping on a budget, etc. without having the adequate facilities and resources to do this myself?
