Caroline has spent the majority of her career in administration and human resources. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Caroline then went on to pursue an administrative career in Public Health. She achieved a Master’s in Public Health Certificate in 2012 and a Master’s in Public Administration in 2013 both from the University of New Hampshire. For the past 5 years, Caroline worked at The Department of Veteran Affairs Hospital in Administration. She is now an HR contractor and adjunct faculty with Granite State College. Caroline has been a senior administrator in her past three roles. Her experience helped start-up companies create infrastructure, policies and procedures. Caroline’s strong knowledge of laws and regulations has led to many successful audits from the Department of Labor (DOL), Joint Commission and Office of Inspector General (OIG). As a USAF disabled Veteran herself, she volunteers her time to assist other veterans with resumes and job placements.
